WITH Families exists to support and strengthen families as they grow in faith—together. We believe that God designed the home as the primary place for discipleship, and we want to help make that feel not just possible, but joyful and life-giving. It's why our name "WITH" stands for: Worship In The Home. Our tools and resources are designed to fit into real-life moments—bedtime stories, dinner conversations, car rides to soccer practice. We’re here to help families slow down just enough to notice God’s presence in it all.

Why is family discipleship important? Our heart is to see families not just talking about faith, but living it together. From Bible conversations to moments of worship and prayer, we love creating things that bring parents and kids into the same room, on the same page, growing side by side. WITH Families seeks to help bring the joy, the mess, the questions, and the wonder of faith into the everyday rhythm of family life.

Dallas and Martha’s story is one of creativity, calling, and a whole lot of teamwork. They met in New Jersey in their local church and quickly discovered they were a great match—not just in marriage, but in ministry, too. From the beginning, they’ve done life side by side, juggling full-time jobs, raising their kids Eloise and Bo, and church leadership with a shared heart for serving others and helping parents see why family discipleship is important. They’ve led worship together, hosted small groups in their home, and poured into kids, students, and adults across all stages of life.

With a background in children's ministry, theater, and worship, Martha has spent years pouring her energy into creating meaningful experiences that help families know and love Jesus. Dallas brings a rich mix of experiences too: tech director, worship leader, preacher, deacon, and seminary student. Together, they’re the kind of couple who laughs easily, says yes to God in big and small ways, and believes in showing up—fully, joyfully, and with purpose.

One Christmas, Martha and Dallas put together a simple devotional kit to help families in their church grow in faith together during the Advent season—and it took off in ways they never imagined. As the stories came pouring in, it became obvious that their small idea had the potential to make a massive impact. And so, the WITH Kit was born! The story of WITH Families is still unfolding, but one thing is clear: they’re in it with each other, with Jesus' church, and with families, all the way.
